Guidelines, Restrictions and Wholesaler FAQ
Hug In A Jug® is a registered trademark and cannot be used in any other way than that specified by it’s owner the MJ and MK Burgoine. The tag cannot be sold separately and must be sold in conjunction with the provided jug.
The Hug In A Jug® tag must not be copied or reproduced in any way. One tag will be issued per jug purchased, however damaged or lost tags can be reported for replacement.
Hug In A Jug® can only be sold by an authorised stockist. An authorised stockist must not knowingly on-sell the jugs to any 3rd party intending on re-selling them without the permission of the Hug In A Jug® owners.
Hug In A Jug® jugs provided to our fresh stockists must be sold containing fresh or dried flowers only. They must not be filled any other product including artificial flowers, lollies and toys for example.
Hug In A Jug® reserves the right to forfeit the use of our product within a store for breach of any of our restrictions or for continued customer dissatisfaction.
Shop branding such as stickers and logos representing the authorised stockist can be used as long is does not cover the Hug In A Jug® tag.
No floral foam is to be used in the baby jugs as we have found a tied miniature posy sitting in fresh water ensures excellent longevity of the flowers while the foam dries out too quickly being such a small volume.
Stockists are encouraged to offer Hug In A Jug® not only in store but as a product on their websites and online stores. Your own photographs and promotional images of Hug In A Jug® may be taken for this purpose and also used on social media. We are interested in seeing any photography of Hug In A Jug® that we could potentially use to cross promote on our social media platforms.
There is no set retail price for any Hug In A Jug® product. Pricing remains the discretion of the individual stockist.
The design and floral content of each Hug In A Jug® fresh arrangement is up to each individual florist. We understand that each individual store will have different customers they need to appeal to as well as wanting the jugs to reflect there own signature style. We do however ask that you use the images on this website as a guide, as s recognisable feel to the product will benefit all stockists.
